Deco Modernist Lady Tennis Player Pin ~ Czech
Fabulous rare pin from the Art Deco era is quite stylized, very modernist, featuring a lady tennis player. Made of a pewtertone metal that has anodized over time, she stands 2 1/8" tall. Love that pleated skirt, and the wire legs and arms. Her right arm is fashioned from a wire that seems to meld right into the racket as she prepares for a backhand serve. Marked on back Czecho Slovakia. Excellent condition; pin has locking clasp mechanism. - $140
1970s Modernist Mocha Marbled & Amber Lucite Pendant Necklace
This fantastic modernist lucite pendant necklace from the 1970's is huge, featuring symmetrical curved inserts of marbled lucite -- one a swirled mocha cream, the other a semi-translucent root beer, with goldtone walls and open backing. A number of jewelry designers created pieces like this, including Lanvin, Pierre Cardin, Trifari, and they are enjoying a renewed popularity. This pendant is hefty and measure over 3" height; goldtone snake chain measures 18 1/2" and has a spring-ring clasp. Unsigned, but may be a designer piece as the quality is excellent. Crown Trifari Green Lucite Clamper Bracelet
1970s Trifari bangle bracelet is made in lightly marbled green lucite; hinged at the back with closure at front (edge fits into the goldtone piece). Very modernist in appearance, possibly a Kunio Matsumoto design. 7/8" wide, 5/16" thick walls, 2 1/4" inside width. Marked with Crown Trifari logo inside clasp. Excellent condition with just a tiny bit of plating wear to clasp. - $60
Rame Turquoise Blue Copper Enamel Suite
Beautiful shade of robin's egg blue with white speckling in this copper enamel necklace, bracelet and screwback drop earring parure features a creamy turquoise blue and white coloring. 15 3/4" necklace with chain and hook for adjustable fit. 6 1/2" bracelet length (one small scratch on an end link). Drop earrings are 1 3/4" height. Set is unsigned, and though it looks very much like the Matisse Nefertiti pattern, it is most likely made by a contemporary -- Rame. Very nice overall condition apart from a couple enameling fleabites on an end link in the bracelet (can be seen in photo). - $200

NAPIER lucite link bracelet is so modernist Space-Age looking, with frosted demi-spheres, pale gold-colored rounds, gold-colored discs and goldtone metal square beads. Vintage pendant necklace by HOBE features an ivory-colored lucite insert in goldtone metal frame, suspended on heavy goldtone link chain. The 2 1/2" pendant is modernist in style, with frame having a sloped and textured lower edge. Oval signature cartouche is attached to reverse. 17" chain with spring-ring clasp closure. Modernist Peach Lucite & Goldtone Clamper Bracelet
1970s/80s vintage hinged clamper bracelet is unmarked but is possibly a Trifari piece. Asymmetrical bracelet is hinged at the back, with one side molded swirled peach resin or lucite and other side goldtone metal. The surface is ribbed along the back, and swirled like a seashell motif at the front. 1 1/8" wide, 2 1/4" inside width. Excellent condition; hinge is secure and tight. - $60
