Flying Colors Ceramic Cherries & White Beads Necklace
Delightful ceramic bead necklace is just the ticket for a summer wardrobe, and features red cherries, green leaves, hand-made white beads and red-on-white polka dotted beads. Marked FLYING COLORS, a San Francisco area company circa 1980s. Cherries measure about 5/8" across and are attached by sturdy hooked wires resembling stems; the glaze really gives them a luscious shine. Beads are all securely strung on nylon filament; necklace length is 17" with white heart-shaped signature bead and two red beads near the metal screw-barrel clasp. Condition is excellent. - $120
FLYING COLORS Ceramic Watermelon Necklace & Earring Set Fun and colorful ceramic watermelon theme necklace and pierced earring set by FLYING COLORS features a center watermelon slice pendant, black watermelon seed beads, and hand-made red round beads. Necklace measures 17" length and is secured with a metal screw-barrel clasp. Signed on the back of the center pendant. Matching watermelon slice earrings are 1 1/2" height and have posts for pierced ears. (Earrings are unmarked.) Very good condition; there is a small rim chip to an earring, and a few small edge chips to some of the necklace beads which are not noticeable to the casual observer. - $145
