Reed & Barton Koala Bracelet & Pendant REED & BARTON produced wonderful Damascene jewelry, much of which incorporated birds and wildlife. This set which features a Mama Koala in a tree with Baby Koala on her back (a design repeated three times around the cuff), includes a cuff bracelet in its original box, and a large pendant. Both items are signed on the back. Bracelet measures 1" wide at the front, 2" inside width, and 1" opening with some give. Pendant is 2 1/4". Excellent condition, although the foam in the box is crumbling. - $75
Reproduction Coro Deer Drinking from Water Brooch
Inspired by the famous 1940's Coro brooch depicting a deer drinking from water, this contemporary piece is goldtone, set with clear and colored rhinestones. This is a very dimensional piece, with the deer actually standing on a base measuring 1/2" deep. Clear rhinestone baguettes are set all along the front of the base, blue rhinestone baguettes suggest a waterfall, and there are pink rhinestone flowerettes. Goldtone metal. Measures 2" in height and is in mint condition. - $30
GAYLES OF LAUGHTER Resin Necklace for the Dog Lover! Another GAYLES OF LAUGHTER artisan theme necklace -- this one for the dog lover who has everything -- called "Beware of Bitch." It is made of resin beads and figurals, including a large dimensional beribboned floppy-eared pooch, dog bones, a bowl of dog food, sacks of dog food, and (ahem) even a newspaper with a little "present" on top. There is a "Beware of Bitch" tag near the clasp, and though the artist Gayle did not sign this one, I know it to be her work. 25" in length. - $120

Ruby Z Ceramic Shetland Sheep Dog Pin ~ On Card
This shaggy Shetland sheep dog pin in ceramic, circa 1980's, was made by Ruby Z and is still attached to the original card. (The Ruby Z logo is hidden beneath his head.) He measures 2 3/4" across, 2 1/2" height. Some mild surface craze lines to the glaze, as seen in the photo, though this is fairly typical for these items. - $60

Superb and unusual ceramic theme necklace from FLYING COLORS features the beloved counting rhyme "This Little Piggy Went to Market."
This little piggy went to market;
This little piggy stayed home;
This little piggy had roast beef;
This little piggy had none;
This little piggy cried wee-wee-wee all the way home."
This piece is depicted in Ann Pitman's book Inside the Jewelry Box: Volume 3. All five pigs are represented, as well as the directional signs "Market" and "Home." (I love the stay-at-home piggy, who is reading "Hamlet.") The largest pig measures about 2" height, and the total length of the necklace is 18". Large irregularly shaped turquoise blue beads are strung on sturdy wire filament. Screw-barrel clasp closure. Mark appears on back of one of the pigs. Condition is excellent! - SOLD
Vintage Monkey In Palm Tree Pin ~ Blue Rhinestones
Circa 1940s/50s, this whimsical figural brooch features a monkey climbing in a palm tree, his outstretched hand reaching for a coconut. Blue rhinestone accents are set into several fronds. The monkey is goldtone while the tree is silvertone base metal. 2 3/4". No maker's marks, but has stamped circles on reverse which I've seen for other figural pins. Very good condition with a touch of plating wear in places, and a couple very small pinpoint holes in the base of the trunk (although I'm not sure whether this could have been intentional as part of the design). - $70

This 1980's ceramic figural necklace features a very detailed and dimensional kitty cat, looking resplendent in his big blue bow. Clover-shaped beads are painted with little things kitties like: fish, milk, mousie, and another kitty! Large irregularly shaped sky blue beads are strung along wire filament, with screw-barrel clasp closure. Cat measures slightly over 2" wide; total necklace length is 16 1/2".
